For those of you that don't live in Texas, we have Fire Ants here. Yes, they are terrible! I actually had the first one bite me last week and they are nothing like red ants in Southern Utah. It hurt for a week and I couldn't wear my shoes. So, today when Spencer came screaming into the house with the ant still attached to his foot, I felt for the poor kid.
He screamed and screamed, and I finally got him settled down watching a movie. All the sudden he started to shake and scream again and ran around the room ripping his shirt off. He was sure the ants were attacking his "tummy." No ants that I could see, but Spencer begged me to vaccum the "whole floor" so the "ants will go away."
Our house is now vaccumed and the screaming has finally stopped.

OUCH! Spence is one tough kid. I love watching him grow up. It is like seeing Justin as a little boy all over again. Bright eyed, intense, driven, focused and indestructible. Tell him uncle ben said he is a tough kid!

Megan! I am so glad you found me! Your family is beautiful and so are you! I didn't realize your husband is a pilot... how exciting! I just recently saw your mom and sister at Bajio..it was good to see them! I hope things are going well for you. I will add you to my list so I can "check in" more often!

I guess we are lucky that it is so cold in Minnesota that even bugs can't live here! Spencer looks so old!
