Short Term Resting

Well, looks like the testing I was waiting for came back negative. Such great news! I was worried to death I was going to be tied to the couch for the last half of this pregnancy. I'm so glad we're able to solve this issue! I'm pretty much up and about today--feeling pretty good. The doctors orders is to go about my duties and if the contractions start again just lay down and rest. I have seen that I probably need to slow down in general and just be much more cautious.

We're supposed to go to San Antonio in the morning so it looks like it's still on. It's been a really rough week, I'm so blessed that it's working out this way. Thanks for all those that have helped with meals and my kids. I have the best friends in the world!

I'm so glad to hear that the tests have come back in the clear. I had an "irritable uterus" too and had to go on bed rest with Sam. You know, who DOESN'T have something "irritable" during pregnancy!?! Well, have a great time in San Antonio. When you get back, I'd love to have your kids come over and play so you can rest. Drew would just have a ball! Give me a call when you get back into town and we'll pick a day (or days!). Take care!

I'm so sorry to hear you have been having so many problems. But glad to hear you are doing so much better. Have fun in San Antonio and hopefully you are able to take it easy for the next few months.

I wish I was there to help you! I'm glad you have good friends there. I just wish I was one of the friends who loves you from around the corner, not across a few states. Glad things are better. Keep it on the down low, okay? If it can wait, it will!

That is good news - that would be the worst to have to stay in bed for the next 4 months!! I'm glad you are feeling better and up and about.
