I admit that I'm not good at journal writing on a regular basis, but ever since I heard Pres. Eyring's talk-- O Remember, I have had intense promptings to sit down and remember or recognize the tender mercies that my Heavenly Father sends to me.
Many trials and discouraging moments have slipped in and out of my life and these moments of forcing myself to record them and trying to recognize "His Hand" have helped to teach me why these trials have come into my life or atleast given me peace. My thankful journal has helped and sitting on the couch lately with ample time to write in my journal about the past year has helped even more.
Just as I feel The Spirit touch me when watching this clip of Pres. Eyring, I feel that same Spirit as I write about instances in my life and search for my Heavenly Fathers hand as he reaches to me, to touch just my life. I'm amazed and touched at his love for me. Hope you take just a second to watch this clip and feel a need to recognize "His Hand" in your life too!

We have a "Tender Mercies" journal that we have neglected for some time, but very seriously need to be adding to as we have been receiving so many wonderful blessings! What a great reminder to record those things.
