Committed In Writing!

Okay, so it's really official folks. I'm back to eating normal food a normal 6 times a day (3 meals, 3 snacks). I must admit that I have the strongest urge in the world for things like Yo-Go's (thanks for the introduction, Karen), and Now-n-Later candies-- I guess it's the sugar, tart, sour I'm after. But, for the most part I'm happy to say that my healthy diet is coming back!

So, Justin and I went to the gym last night and I consented to get measurements and pinches and all that good stuff to record in "writing" where my fitness level is at the moment. That means I must be commited now. It's kinda hard to have a much larger tummy and much larger body fat percentage, but I'll get over it because there is a sweet little baby to blame it all on.

With that being said, I decided to blog my starting point and just be that much more committed. I'd really like a good bounce back when I give birth to this baby come August. It's been five years since I held my last new born and sore neck, sore arms, run down body were not helpful--I know.

So, I commit to this somewhat anonymous audience my goal to make it to the gym Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. I'll keep to the stretching on every day. There we go, I've sent it out here . . . it's a go!

This pregnant mom may be gaining weight the next four months, but she is going to get her energy back and not be breathless at the top of the stairs in a few weeks!
