We've had the best time trying to help earn money for our new school! This Fun Run has been one of Spencer's favorite things lately for sure! He got his own sponsers to pledge him money for each lap he ran.
He was one of the first Kindergarten kids to finish . . . 35 laps! He ran and ran and didn't stop for a second. I was very impressed with his speed too; I've never seen him run so fast.
This is Spencer's buddy, Daisy. They are in the same class and ride the bus together.
Sarah had the most fun waiting for the run to begin. She tripped on the first lap, bless her heart, and spent the rest of the time crying until her teacher talked her into walking 10 laps with her. I was just proud of her for not giving up!
Me and Alli--we just had fun cheering them on! It was a beautiful day and I have great kids!

What a great idea for a fundraiser! Do they collect box tops, too?
I love Ali's little outfit. I had the same one for Hayden, but she has grown out of it (sniff, sniff). She is so stinkin cute!
Yip! They do collect box tops--and Spencer loves to go to the store and tell me I need to buy everything with box tops on it. I think he's a little disappointed that really the only thing we buy that has them on it is our cereal or pillsbury dough.
All right, Sarah and Spencer! I was cheering for you here at home. You did it! So proud of the two of you. You put in everything you could and then some! Love you two.
