St. George Summer Adventures

Don't know why this picture was upside down...oops but it was a great representation of our swimming at Green Valley Spa with Justin's family.  Danny and his family & Ben and his family met us out there so that Marium could be a part as well.  Then we went back to Ben's after and had pizza in the backyard.

We met a bunch of the Jennings' cousins at the Dinosaur Museum.  We have driven by that place for years and finally made it there.  It's quite impressive to see what used to live in our backyard thousands and thousands of years ago!!!

Sarah absolutely adores Aunt Heather.  We loved staying at her house for a week while we were there.  That rarely happens because we're usually at Grandparent houses.  We ended up loving that Grandpa and Grandma Jennings we remodeling because we got to house hop at the sisters a little more.  The kids especially loved Heather and Josh's pool.  It was nice to swim in the morning, afternoon, evening and have company all the while.

Some of us were better than others at the paper folding of dinosaurs!  Annie and Becca weren't going to leave until we accomplished the mission.  There persistence was inspiring!

I got to stay at Jocelyn's and watch her kids.  I enjoy that time with my Lauren and my nephews!  As do my kids with their cousins.  Spencer is always loving the boy stuff at the Larkin home :)

Allison loving the rocking horse that is a staple to the Jennings.  Good job Uncle Steve for passing it on!

I was glad that Jens and I got to be buddies.  It makes me sad when my little nieces and nephews that have been born in the last few years don't really know me.  This little stay cured that!
Of course we spent time makin' music!

Pine Valley was peaceful, cool, beautiful like always!  Spencer kept a close eye on the new baby birds in Grandpa's bird house.  Of course he was tied between playing outside and the wii up in the apartment.  He loves that Grandpa and Grandma has the best game in the world--Wii Mario Kart!  To his surprise Grandma took him early birthday shopping before we came home and he returned with his own!!!

Grandpa always has a new project up his sleeve and it's been fun to see Uncle Steve and him enjoy the horses.  This is their new horse, Jazzy.  I admit Spence was braver than me.  Jazzy was a little spooked with the other horses around and was not cooperating...at least not to my liking anyways.  I used to me so much braver :)

I was proud of Justin that he took off for a long ride with Jazzy.  I was glad I didn't go when he had to call the cabin and tell my Dad that Jazzy wouldn't come up the hill. :)

I loved every second of our month in St. George this summer, but one thing I'm always sad about is that Justin can't just stay and hang out with us the whole time.  Darn that money that has to run our home :)

We celebrated our 10th Anniversary apart from each other.  Who would have thunk?  He flew back to us on his birthday two days later though.  We enjoyed breakfast/presents with the Kroff's and then we spent the rest of the day up in the mountains and at the cabin.  The picture above is of our 30 minute date we finally got out on the four wheeler.  Wow! I love this man!  Can't believe it's been ten years!

We loved that Grandpa and Grandma Kroff picked us up at the airport to start and took us straight to Cafe Rio.  Oh we miss that place!  We love that we spent each day with family.  Got to spend time with Great Grandma's, went to church and watched Uncle Ben on the stand.  Had dinner and breakfast with Steve, Brittany, TJ and Heber.  We met Paul, Amy, Gib, Ruby, Charlie, Eli and Ty at the Park for a few hours.  We took family pictures on the Red Hill and ate ice cream late into the night.  We never woke up on time; never went to bed on time.  Went to church in Pine Valley; Alli and I had nursery on the lawn in 70 degree weather...oh so nice!  We helped Jocelyn move.  Watch the remodel unfold at mom and dad's.  The kids went camping with the Kroff cousins.  The list goes on and the fun went even further!
